Evidence of Humanity is an advocacy organization promoting public awareness and cultivation of social and environmental well-being. Through meaningful literature, education, creative expression, scholarship, and special hands-on programs, we motivate and mentor individuals and groups to participate with compassion toward improving lives, systems, and providing positive results for all of humanity.
Our Vision
We began this website as a place to access good news and positive stories of what individuals and groups are doing in the world around us. Based on the belief that we become what we dwell on, providing a source for such positive news is our attempt to influence all our thinking to that end.
It will hopefully become clear to anyone exploring these various stories that we are in the midst of seemingly countless thoughtful and dedicated folks working in their own areas of interest to bring about a more just, ethical, and humane society. In spite of what we are offered by mainstream news in general, these good and great things are also happening. We believe these stories demonstrate that there is no lack of good ideas and hopeful solutions to the world’s problems, just a lack of political will and leadership.
Our sincere wish is for all of us to be involved in positive activities that speak to us and engage our individual sensibilities. By doing so we will rise to realize our highest potential, and in the process make the world the kind of place we want to live in.
